Shipping Policy

At Marine Motion Outboard, we specialize in the secure transport of high-performance marine engines and parts. Given the size and technical nature of outboard motors, we prioritize safe, freight-ready packaging to ensure your equipment arrives ready for the water.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States and Canada.

2. Delivery Timeline & Cutoff Times

To calculate your total estimated delivery time, please combine Handling Time with Transit Time.

• Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (PST) – Monday through Friday.
• Handling Time (Processing): 1–3 business days.
• Transit Time (Shipping): 5–7 business days.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs & Tax

• Flat Rate Shipping: $150.00 per order.
• Taxes: All applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional duties charged after the point of purchase for domestic orders.

4. Logistics & Tracking

Once your outboard or parts have been crated and dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the name of the freight carrier. For large engine deliveries, the carrier may contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window.

5. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

Outboard motors are precision instruments. Please inspect the crate/packaging upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt.

• If visible damage is present, note it clearly on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt.
• Contact us at co*****@******************rd.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide your order number and high-resolution photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

• Address Changes: We can update your shipping address only if the request is made before the item has been dispatched. Once in transit, we cannot reroute freight.
• Cancellations: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the crating or shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled and must be treated as a return.
