We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can return your order within 45 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- Applies to new or used outboard motors
- Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories
- Motors must not have been started or used on water
Items Not Returnable
- Motors that have been used or installed
- Items damaged from misuse or improper installation
- Special orders
How to Return
- Request Authorization
Contact us at contact@marinemotionoutboard.com or call +1 (507) 662-2192 within 45 days. Provide your order number, model, and reason for return. - Return The Item
After approval, ship the item in store or by mail using a trackable, insured method. - Pack Carefully
Include all components and clearly label the Return Authorization number.
Refund & Inspection
- Full refund (excluding shipping) will be issued if the item is returned in original condition
- No restocking fees
- Allow 10 business days for processing
- Used/damaged items may result in partial refunds
Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you prefer to replace the product instead of requesting for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Orders
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us with photos and a description
- We’ll arrange a replacement or free return if the claim is approved
Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
