• Payment Requirement: Full payment must be received and cleared before any product is crated or shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled via freight carriers due to the weight of our products.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your engine.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery.
• Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
• Process: Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy page for step-by-step instructions on how to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

5. Warranty & Liability

Manufacturer Warranty: Many of our new outboards come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product documentation for coverage details.

Disclaimer: Marine Motion Outboard is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation. We strongly recommend having your outboard installed by a certified marine technician. Improper installation may void your warranty.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is shared only with trusted third parties (such as payment processors and freight carriers) as necessary to complete your transaction or as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled exclusively in the courts of San Diego, California.
